Her Rhythms
Feminine – Earth – Body – Plant Wisdom
Reconnect with the Ancestral Wisdom of the Deep Feminine & the Earth that is Alive Within You
There is an ancient wisdom encoded in the Earth and in women Bodies, a Feminine Way of listening to the Intelligence of Life that is inviting us to embody this re-emerging consciousness in a new form as more and more women hear the call of the Deep Feminine.
Our body, through its innate connection to Nature and the Natural Rhythms of Life, is a portal to awakening to our Essence and realizing our Being as Spirit in Matter.
Through the
deep listening of the rhythms of Life, the alchemical relationship between the
macrocosm and the microcosm is revealed. The cyclical, seasonal and cosmic
rhythms of the Earth can act as a guide in the unfolding processes of our inner
landscape which finds its reflection in the outer landscape.
Body, Earth
and Plant wisdom are entry points into awakening to ourselves. By
reclaiming those ancient mysteries, we are invited to experience our Body as
the body of the Earth, to live the Feminine Wisdom of embodying Soul and Spirit
into Matter. We are called to find our rightful belonging in the Great Web of
Life.
The Earth holds the forgotten memories of the Feminine mysteries. She is calling women to get back to Her,
She holds the keys to embodiment as She is the physical manifestation of pure Life force as Matter.
Through the aliveness of Nature, a woman can reconnect to her sensual and erotic nature and to the power of her sexuality as pure creative power.
As she attunes to her cyclical rhythms, opens to the Deep Feminine and develops her Womb/Earth connection, she starts to learn directly from the Earth Herself how to move accordingly to the power of the pure Life force within her
The Plants are powerful allies in balancing our body & emotional health & support our subtle processes. They offer love & nourishment from the Earth for self-care & nervous system stabilization.
Those ancient beings also hold powerful transmissions and keys to unlock aspect of our psyche. They represent the embodiment of the alchemical marriage of Spirit and Matter, with their roots firmly planted into the Earth and their heads towards the Sky. They reflect our inner landscape through the natural cycles of death & rebirth.
I see them as Teachers & Bridges between Spirit & Matter & guides in the integration of spirituality into everyday life and in becoming intimate with Life in Her earthly manifestations.
